Pearson Test of English (PTE)

In recent years, the Pearson Test of English (PTE) has become popular to gain academic entry to colleges and universities in English speaking countries. Pearson Test of English courses are a common way to prepare for the test. In particular, many students like the fact that the PTE test is completed online via computer, rather than face-to-face with an examiner.

The test itself also covers modern topics that students say they can relate to more easily than other popular tests. The PTE also uses combined skills, which test takers feel is a more natural way of being tested in a language.
